CONDITIONING

For time:

150 KB Swings 45/35

*EMOM

Min1: 1 Burpee

Min2: 2 Burpees

Min3: 3 Burpees

And so on until you complete the 150 KB Swings.

FITNESS

STRENGTH

5 Sets of:

7 Supinated Barbell Rows*

7 Pushups

Rest30secs

*Barbell on a rack. Place yourself below the bar and pull until your chest touches the bar.

CONDITIONING

For time:

100 KB Swings 25/15

*EMOM

Min1: 1 Burpee

Min2: 2 Burpees

Min3: 3 Burpees

And so on until you complete the 150 KB Swings.
